Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2. Refunds and Transfers

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

It is the ticket holder's responsibility to notify the organiser of any ticket transfer before the event.

3. Event Admission

A valid ticket is required for entry.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, threatening, or unsafe.

4. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, entertainment, venue, or timings where necessary.

In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an alternative event date where applicable.

5. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

6. Photography and Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of such images unless you inform the organiser otherwise before the event.

7. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol will only be served in accordance with the venue's licensing requirements.

Attendees are expected to drink responsibly and comply with the venue's policies.

8. Health and Safety

All attendees must follow any health, safety, and emergency procedures communicated by the venue or event organisers.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
